YT Consultancy is a Malaysian consultancy focused on workers' accommodation and related workforce coordination. Established in 2026 and based in Kuala Lumpur, we work with businesses and service providers to bring accommodation requirements, operational considerations and workers' well-being into the same conversation.
Our team brings 16 years of experience across accommodation planning, development, operations and management. This background helps us understand how early decisions about location, facilities and occupancy can affect day-to-day operations.
We connect employers with accommodation operators, licensed recruitment agencies, developers and other relevant providers. Our role is to clarify requirements, coordinate discussions and help the parties involved agree on practical next steps.
